Ellen Barnes Pfiffner


Ellen Barnes Pfiffner is a Management Consultant with 20-plus years of hands-on business experience spanning organizational development, sales, marketing, operations, and corporate training. She received a M.Ed. from Cleveland State University where she also completed post-graduate coursework in Management and Organizational Behavior. She has a Marketing Certification from Southern Methodist University and has completed over 2500 hours of corporate training.

She works in many business settings including owner-managed, family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Ellen uses positive human interaction, team building, and organizational development skills to help companies get peak output from their human capital. She is also a certified Career Counselor.

Ellen serves on the Executive Advisory Board of McCoy Enterprises, Director of Corporate Fundraising for the Golden Eagle Band, Richardson ISD. She is an elected member of the Dallas Knife and Fork Club Board and a Board Member of the Small Business Roundtable of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. Ellen has been active in the ABPM for over ten years; she has served on the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM) Advisory Board, and a Juror of the ABPM World Class Briefing Awards. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences and has presented at international conferences.
